Report line:
The role will directly report to FD of North American and closely work with Bu

siness Director of Asia Pacific

Job responsibilities: 
	Forecast monthly spending, perform variance analysis and generate mon

thly and quarterly reports 
	Accurately track actual monthly spending with support from regional f

inance team; ensure division achieves its financial goals 
	Analyze and evaluate day-to-day business operations and identify oppo

rtunities for the management team 
	Provide complete, accurate and credible financial data to assist mana

gement team in evaluating business proposals 
	Investigate internal control weaknesses and report to global finance 

director with proposed improvements 
	Contribute to financial forecasting, cost analysis and business propo

sals 
	Demonstrate global business understanding and perspective in consider

ing solutions 
	Proactively identify business partner needs/issues and develop recomm

ended action plans with innovation 
	Interface and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best prices and serv

ices 
	Independently meet multiple deadlines with strong project management 

skills 
	Provide utmost customer services to business partners and management 

team with integrity 
Who we’re looking for:
•	Bachelor degree in business related field; MBA or CPA is a plus 
•	2-3 years finance analysis experience in multi-national company or acc

ounting firm background; previous experience in entertainment industry and/or 

online products a plus,
•	Previous supervisory experience preferred 
•	PC proficiency; strong working knowledge of Excel, thorough knowledge 

of financial operational systems (Hyperion Enterprise and Oracle); EssBase bas

ed forecasting and planning tools (Hyperion Planning, Clarity) ability to work

 with databases (MS Access) 
•	Technical understanding of business planning, such as budgeting, forec

asting and long range planning 
•	Excellent / intuitive analytical and problem solving skills 
•	Strong oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and Engli

sh 
•	Project management experience; demonstrated ability to recommend, deve

lop, manage and drive projects to successful completion 
•	Avid gamer
