职位描述: Role:
The role of Tech Support is to give the technical support to sales department, field service depart and operation department.
Responsibilities:
Review customer requirements, generate technical proposals for sales project;
Provide tech. support during the pre-sale phase including traveling to customer sites or design institutes for technical presentation;
Review drawings in after sale to meet contractual technical requirements;
Communicate with customers and engineers on technical issues;
Provide training for end users
Requirements:
Master degree in power electronics or electric motor or electric automation.
Proficient in English and Computer skills
Experience with inverter/variable frequency drives preferred.
Warm and Friendly personality
Strong communication skills
Occasional travel required
