职位描述：
职位要求：
1、熟练的英语听说读写能力
2、熟练的计算机能力
3、具有大学或以上学历
4、理科专业背景优先
工作职责：
1、项目执行安装及售后服务文件的准备
2、内部及外部文件资料的保存及管理
3、安排及跟进服务支持工作，拟定服务计划
4、提供报价并跟进服务合同
5、负责管理部门工程师的报销
6、就产品或技术事宜与其他部门或总部协调
Qualification Required:
Good command of written and spoken English
Good computer literacy
Candidate with university degree or above
Background in science major will be an asset
Job Descriptions:
Prepare files for installation and service projects
Maintain and manage internal and external files/documents
Arrange and follow up service schedules and prepare customer service plans.
Prepare quotations and follow up service contracts
Provide basic technical support to customers, especially on service support.
Process department engineers' expenses claim
Coordinate with other departments and head office on productive or technical issues
