职位描述：
Major Area of Responsibility:
As a Field Support Engineer,maintain and support the smooth progress on site,and provide technical support and training.
作为现场支援工程师，维护和支持前线的运行，提供技术支持和培训；
Collect installation-related information on site;communicate timely with che factory about product-related problems;assist the factory to improve products;Communicate information on improved parts to FL site in the form of words or/and pictures.
工地现场安装信息收集，发现产品问题及时与工厂进行沟通，协助工厂产品改进工作，并及时改进的部件以文字和图片形式发布给现场；
Slove on-site installation difficulties.
解决现场安装疑难问题；
Give on-site installation instructions for major projects.
重点项目现场安装指导；
Give timely alterations to the installation instructions in the case of altered components.
对工厂更改部件及时编写安装指导信息；
Make necessary analysis and reports on quality feedbacks via the company’s system.
对电梯缺陷产品进行必要的反馈分析和报告；
Carry out technical supervision and management on subcontractors’performance on site ,and collect information on subcontractors’installation performance,and safety awareness.
对安装分包商在现场的安装进行技术监督和管理，并收集分包商的安装技能，安全意识的信息；
Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:
Education:Junior college graduate or above in engineering;
学历：机械大专以上.
Skill/Proficiency:Capable of English (spoken and written);able to use MS office software package
语言/计算机技能：英语说写能力/能熟练使用计算机常用软件
其他：能适应全国性出差
