职位描述/要求：

Responsibilities:

Treasury

Prepare weekly cash flow forecast report and daily bank balance report

Office petty cash management;

Fund transfer through E-banking

Deal with daily bank related affairs including: collect bank slips and statement; annual inspection;

Payment

Foreign currency payment arrangement for import and non-trade

Check daily payment proposal

Follow up with problem payment

SAP auto email remittance

SAP vendor master maintenance

Create, change, delete, block vendor in SAP

Maintain vendor code and employee code list

Annual vendor purification

10%

Others

Create PO for finance department SG&A payment;

Create outbound freight PO monthly in SAP

Company business license and loan card annual inspection

Ad hoc tasks assigned by leader

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree
2.0.5-1 year working experience as cashier in a multinational company; experience with foreign currency payment (import and non-trade)
3.Good communication skills; able to build good relationship with relevant parties including bank and SAFE; Fluent written and oral English (CET 6)
4.Good team spirit
