Job Description:

• Ensure that pilot plant facilities and equipment are maintained in regulatory and safety compliant manner.
• Initiate, execute, and document (preventive) maintenance for the operation of the Pilot Plant.
• Supervise outside contractors and consultants performing engineering and maintenance work in the Pilot Plant.o Prepare SOP's for equipment operation, maintenance, and repair. Train operating and maintenance staff on the plant equipment and on safe and efficient operation.
• Maintain document repository for pilot plant equipment and facilities.
• Recommend, plan, execute, and document modifications for upgrade of the Pilot Plant equipment and facilities.
• Contribute to continuous business improvements and participate in and/or manage minor projects/working groups to achieve the improvement objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.o Preferred, experience in chemical manufacturing or pilot plant operations.
• Thorough knowledge of chemical processing equipment and control.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Preferred, experience with initiation and management of capital improvement projects.o Customer focus.
• Knowledge of qualification procedures and guidelines for equipment and facilities.
• Possessing good interpersonal and communication skillso Proactive and self-motivated.
• With good organizational and planning skills.
• Strong Team player.o Chinese native speaker, having good English language skills.
• Mobile, and willing to relocate to Changshu.
