Position: Quality and Process Engineer       质量和工艺工程师      

Job Responsibilities: 
* Develop, implement and monitor a process and quality plan for metal turning,
 welding, grinding, casting, plating and painting.
* Collect and analyze information for quality improvement and trouble shooting
.
* Maintain good relationship with vendors to communicate any urgent or special
 requirements.
* Work with multiple vendors for training and implementation.
* All other reasonable duties assigned by manager.

Requirements: 
A self-directed, energetic and versatile person qualifies:
* Engineering background (major in Mechanical Manufacturing and Process is pre
ferred) with practical quality control experience in workshop.
* Experience in strict adherence to ISO procedures.
* Good team player while being able to handle issues independently.
* Excellent communication and verbal reasoning skills.
* Read English mechanic blueprint and free to communicate in English.
* Training for a less experienced but talented candidate is possible, but prov
e us you are a quick learner.
