金融中后台运营分析师
Job Title:Operations Support

Location:Shanghai,China
Description: We are looking for candidates to provide high quality, timely and efficient operational support services for our clients. Successful candidates will identify and control risks; serve front side MIS and operational needs; produce accurate and timely financial information and, overall, facilitate the growth of our business by leveraging our technology. Essential job functions will include: performing thorough cash and position reconciliation; confirmation and matching; investment master maintenance; performing total reconciliation between the trading system and G/L; resolving any trade discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:
- With sharp analytical and quantitative skills, integrity, enthusiasm for teamwork,
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or finance, CFA candidates is a plus,
- Strong English communication abilities,
- Previous job experience preferred especially with foreign banks,
accounting firms or other financial institutions,
- Be honest and responsible,
- Be active in work.

计算机软件本科以上学历
- 对数据库原理,数据结构和算法,面向对象编程有深刻认识
- 有J2EE平台的B/S系统开发经验者优先.
- 具有AJAX, Spring，EJB3.0, XML， JMS，Oracle, MS SQL 等开发经验者优先
- 对新知识有强烈的学习欲望,能在压力下工作
- 有良好的英语沟通能力
- 有良好的团队合作精神
- 工作积极，乐观向上，善于自我激励和承受压力
- 为人诚实正直，保持公司形象
