岗位职责：
收集顾客对系统/产品的商业需求；
对顾客的分型和风险进行分析；
将对商业要求转换为技术规格要求；
确认宏观的系统功能模块；
将需求分析报告转交给系统框架工程师；
控制需求变更；
编写系统用户说明书；
Analysis their requests, identify their needs, understand their thinking, and use their language;
Business Modelling, Goal Identification, Organizational Chat Identification, Mission Statement Identification, Master Process Map (Process, Actor, Data) (As is, To be);
任职资格：
Team Working Skill；
Communication Skill；

Customer Oriented；
Self Motivated；
懂得软件开发的常规流程和注意事项，较强的需求分析经验；
擅长向客户提供解决方案；
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Knowledge of Business Modelling and Requirement Management is essential
