职位描述： Description Job Description (Content Enrichment Lead) As one of the APJ Customer Experience Content Management team, the Content Enrichment Lead will execute day-to-day content operational activities in the following areas: Content project deployment Content enrichment initiation Content cleanup Content maintenance Content operation reporting The Content Enrichment Lead is responsible to assist capability team to deploy the content project; consolidate daily request from the end user to seek the opportunity to enrich content and deliver better customer experience. The Content Enrichment Lead is also responsible to drive all kind of content cleanup project Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS Industrial Engineering or industry related discipline Experience in IT/high-tech industries is preferred and knowledge of IT products is a must Good command of English language. Familiarity of additional Asian languages (Korean, Chinese, and Japanese) is an added advantage Result driven, committed to the job and highly self-motivated Proficient in use of Microsoft office tools, eg. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc. Good communication skills, coordination skills and interpersonal skills Positive, pro-active, and efficient time management.
