You'll also help to raise people's awareness of security issues and liase with external law enforcement agencies.
Job Description
Manage and implement HP’s supply chain security program across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Based on HP Supply Chain Security standards and guidelines: establish and tailor security requirements, conduct audits and perform investigations. Deliver work at HP operations and outsourced manufacturing and logistics suppliers handling HP products, high value assets and branded goods. Respond to and manage Supply Chain Security investigations throughout APJ: assuring escalation processes, incident reporting, root-cause analysis and logistics claims reconciliation support. Provide risk based Supply Chain Security recommendations, proposals and solutions to operations throughout APJ as regards the manufacture, storage, transit and disposition of HP products, high value assets and branded goods. Team with HP Business Units and APJ Logistics in setting contractual security requirements, conducting and participating in supplier performance reviews relative to outsourced manufacturing, storage, transit and disposition of products. Provide security expertise and support to Logistics in negotiating with suppliers. Manage and deliver Supply Chain Security Audits throughout the APJ region: developing and adhere to quarterly risk based schedule, documenting results, scoring audits and assuring remedial action completion. Analyze regional supply chain security data: investigations, audits, losses and continually adjust proactive security programs and investments. Partner with law enforcement. Manage security and investigation suppliers as required. Provide regional support to other SCPB Security Programs as required: anti-counterfeiting, warranty fraud and gray market. Team with Regional APJ Facilities Security. Qualifications Qualifications
Fluency in English and Mandarin. A degree or equivalent diploma in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement or a related field of study. Thorough skills and knowledge in managing and implementing supply chain and logistics security as well as experience with counterfeiting, sales and service fraud and other market risks. Professional Security training and experience in conducting field investigations. Experience in working with law enforcement. Knowledge of criminal procedure: evidence, privacy, interviewing, etc. Computer proficiency and competency with technology — incident reporting systems. Exceptional people skills — influence and negotiation. Excellent communication skills — report writing. Pragmatism and business awareness
