Description Job Description (Content Specialist)
As one of the APJ Customer Experience Content Management team, the Content Specialist will execute day-to-day content operational activities in the following areas:
Content acquisition Content quality control Content provisioning to downstream portals Content maintenance Content operation reporting
The Content Specialist is responsible to monitor the NPI progress; ensure the accurate and consistent product content can be delivered on time, drive all kind of content queries/issues with regional and country Product Mangers, rise content requirement to AP Content Specialist. The Content Specialist is also responsible to respond to business and management requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications Qualifications
Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS Industrial Engineering or industry related discipline Experience in IT/high-tech industries is preferred and knowledge of IT products is a must Good command of English language. Familiarity of additional Asian languages (Korean, Chinese, and Japanese) is an added advantage Result driven, committed to the job and highly self-motivated Proficient in use of Microsoft office tools, eg. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc. Good communication skills, coordination skills and interpersonal skills Positive, pro-active, and efficient time management.
