Position Title: Lamp Qualification Engineer
Required Level: >2

Required Qualification: Master (or Bachelor with work experience) in Lighting/
Electronics/Chemistry/Physics/Material or related

Required Experience: Fresh Master, with work experience is preferred. Bachelor
 
must have work experience.

Openings: 2

Primary Skills Required                    
       Engineering background is needed, major in lighting/lamp is preferred.

       Good at both written and spoken English.
       Responsible, self-motivated and energetic.
       Excellent communication and management skill.
       Smart and good at learning. 
                    
Secondary Skills           
       Have basic knowledge in statistics.
       Ability to work in cross-functional team.
       Willing to work under pressure and willing to travel.
                    
Brief Role Description  Lamp product qualification.
                    To lead technical qualification project on lamp products.



2. 
Position Title: Lab/Material Qualification Engineer
Location of the candidate: Shanghai, China
Required Level: >2

Required Qualification: Master's in Mechanics, Material Science & Engineering,
 
or related

Required Experience: fresh, with working experience is preferred

Openings: 1

Primary Skills Required                    
     Knowledge in mechanical engineering and/or material characterization rele
ated field, experience in some important labs is preferred.
     Good at both written and spoken English.
     Excellent planning, managing, analyzing and problem solving skills.
     Ability to work independently as well as work with cross-functional teams
. 
 
                    
Secondary Skills           
     Be familiar with material characterization standards (ASTM, ISO, UL...).

     Have basic knowledge in statistics.
     Good negotiation and communication skill.
     Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel.
                    
Brief Role Description  Lab or material qualification.
     To work with US/India colleagues on Chinese lab qualification project, or
 to give technical support on lamp raw material qualification projects for Eur
ope/US plants.
