职位描述/要求:

Candidates will begin as interns in the Sales & Marketing team where they will develop an understanding of TopWiller Consumer strategy.

Duties include:

- General Administrative and Logistic tasks
- Coordination of Marketing projects, Direct Marketing, Telemarketing, Campus BD.
- Communication with multiple media channels (print, online)
Candidates will be given significant responsibility including managing other individuals on a project-by-project basis. As well, they will be expected to show fast growth in organizational and communications abilities.

Successful completion of the programme will depend on a comprehensive performance evaluation upon which the candidate will be offered a permanent role as Marketing Executive in TopWiller.

A minimum 3 month commitment is required. Compensation for the initial 3-month period will be offered.

Qualifications:

- Professional manner
- Strong sense of responsibility and priority
- Energetic, hard working, out-going personality and a strong communicator
- University degree or equivalent
- High efficiency in both spoken and written English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Calvin Chen Lead Consultant
毕业于南京大学化学专业。毕业后,作为"总统奖学金"获得者赴美国Tulane大学化学专业学习,后进入了The Northwestern University, Kellogg Management School攻读MBA。 Calvin在美国、中国香港、上海为Lehman Brothers,Dupont工作。Calvin曾在美国学习、工作、生活了十余年,在申请美国研究生院、商学院以及跨国金融机构和公司方面拥有丰富的经验。

Roger Wu Lead Consultant
毕业于浙江大学,美国俄亥俄州立大学硕士学位和Kellogg管理学院MBA硕士学位获得者。 现任CEO of Anderson Group Asia,LLC。Roger在中美两国担任过Senior Sales Manager, Senior Analyst 和Principle Planner等多种职位。在美国生活、学习、和工作了16年的Roger对中西两种文化的理解使他可以非常准确地判断美国跨国企业、高校、大学的学生甄选策略。

Patrick Liu Lead Consultant

The technique skill part will explain the "underline rules" for corporate interview, introduce interview types and process, illustrate interview questions and corresponding strategies, and analyze classic interview cases

Mock interview will find out the interview pitfalls, greatly enhance the success rate of interview. Our experts come from Fortune 500 HR managers, and give comments and tricks to help members improve their interview, and the interview will be conducted by leading multi-national's managers and HRs. Graduate Application
The product helps applicant to correctly position himself/herself, and find out the right graduate school and major, then consult them during the application process such as essay tuning, communicating with professor etc. The topics are: Graduate school introduction, positioning strategies, application techniques, essays and resumes, scholarship.
