职位描述：
Demand Analyst / 需求分析员
Location: Beijing
Summary Description:
Analyze history sales data, set up parameter to generate system forecast.
Communicate with sales department to realize each Channel sales character, study how to improve forecast accuracy.
Get sales promotion information from sales department to update system forecast in time. And analysis promotion result to study how to correct forecast during promotion period.
Generate monthly forecast and actual sales discrepancy analysis report to all related person.
Realize replenishment system, co-operate with replenish colleagues to set up reasonable inventory in each FC.
Allocation system testing and complete continuously.
This position will report to Demand Manager.
Essential Skills:
Knowledge and experience of Demand data set up and analysis.
Strong sensitive to data
Strong logic thinking.
Familiar SQL writing and analysis skill
Good communication skill with production team
Competency in oral and written English.
Learning agility. Have strong willingness to learn and can adapt to changes quickly.
Working under pressure – consistently deliver high quality result in a fast-paced work environment.
Education:
B.S. in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Special Physical Conditions/Requirements:
This position will be based in Beijing, China.
