By giving you thorough training in different departments of Jones Lang LaSalle, you will receive broad exposure to key real estate disciplines, and learn and apply the basic business and interpersonal skills that are critical right through your career. Through possible overseas postings, you will gain a more in-depth understanding of the key operations of the Firm, and develop enduring client relationships internally and externally. This will prove indispensable as you advance towards more senior appointments.
Qualification
Graduate or undergraduate students with Master or Bachelor Degree in Real Estate & Land Management, Economics, Finance, Architecture, Town Planning, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Hospitality & Tourism, etc.
Good academic results based on home country examinations and standards.
Leadership and teamwork as demonstrated by the extent of curricular activities, voluntary work, and committee work undertaken during secondary / high school and university, as well as work experience during vacations.
