作为香港财会总部直属的机构，全球帐务处理中心依托非常先进的计算机软件及网络技术，标准化并集中处理东方海外货柜航运公司在亚太地区、欧洲、北美的会计业务。而且，其业务核心已经逐步转移到账务的控制和管理上。

职位描述：
Requirements:
1. University graduate in Finance / Accounting related subject;
2. Fluent in both oral and written English;
3. Good Knowledge in Microsoft applications;
4. Mature, opened-minded, with excellent inter-personal skills and a lot of common sense ;
5. Must be a team player.
Accountability:
1. Provide professional accounting service to global offices and;
2. Report directly to group F&A headquarter in Hong Kong;
3. Process invoices for Accounts Payable per agreed standard;
4. Perform cross checking between colleagues to ensure the data accuracy in our system;
5. Send queries regarding to invoices to oversea colleagues or vendors and follow up all outstanding items;
6. Process vendors’ accounts reconciliation and bank accounts reconciliation;
7. Update AR collection and follow up outstanding amount;
8. Capture accounting entries in SAP system;
9. Control some AP and AR suspense accounts for all global offices;
10. Maintain profiles of our 3rd party agents;
11. Control all the accounting activities of our 3rd party agents.
