P:urpose of position:
In the future, responsible for managing the Eaton WGQ Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Facility and Product Repairing function. Develop, evaluate, improve and standardize Manufacturing / Engineering / Facility Maintenance processes and systems, to maximize efficiency and meet customer and organizational expectations. Act as business partner in formulating and pursuing the strategic goals for the WGQ team.
Competencies：
1.knowledge of manufacturing / engineering principles and practices, and extensive experience of technologies used in company projects, with managerial ability to plan, conduct and supervise major projects.
2.Management skills in supervising, motivating and developing employees.
3.Team Player with ability to work with employees at all levels: operators, engineers, and peers within Shanghai WGQ Plant and Eaton senior management.

Education and Experience
5.Degree in Fluid Machinery, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Masters in Engineering or Business will be an added advantage.
6.Strong hydraulics product and application knowledge
7.Solid Hydraulics market and customers knowledge in China
8.Expert communication skills in both English and Chinese
9.Good PC skills
10.Good people skills, especially in dealing with internal sales engineers and application engineers and external customers
