Communicate status & issues with customer in a timely fashion. Analyze product requirements, identify requirement gaps, and suggest improvements on user experiences. Proactively solve issues and suggest process improvement. Qualifications Qualifications B.S. in Computer Science, Information System or related technical degree. Advanced verbal and written English skills. Good customer interaction and communication skills. Knowledge of OS (Unix and Windows), database and networking.
