职位描述：
Job Description:
- Assist in planning, coordinating and executing related event(s)
- Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations
- Communicate with Vendors/Suppliers and Clients to ensure timely and accurate project launch, execution, and invoicing
- Provide superior customer service via creativity, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills (esp PowerPoint and Excel)
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients
- Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Detailed and deadline oriented
- Bilingual language skills in Chinese and English
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree/major in business/marketing
- Preferrably 1 year experience in advertising/event/pr agencies
- or relevant combination of education and experience
