* University Degree with major in Computer Applications;
* Responsible for the daily IT operational support, including desktop, laptop;
* Conduct Problem diagnosis and resolution;
* Plan for and perform both routine and non routine installation/configuration;
* Perform system's administration tasks including account setup and maintenance procedures, systems and data access control functions, storage management functions;
* Support global standard software such as Lotus Notes, SAP, Cisco VPN.
