职位描述：
WWL China Ocean Operations is seeking a Port Captain for our operations in the Port of Shanghai.
The Port Captain will be responsible for
port operations functions, cargo-handling operations
Meeting and exceeding the Wallenius Wilhelmsen standards for cargo care and damage prevention.
Responsible for cost efficiency, for finding better ways of handling cargoes within the entire transport chain
Ensuring the safety requirements are updated and followed.
The function will require
Both practical and leadership experience. Preferably, applicants must have a seagoing vessels back-ground,
or knowledge of Ro/Ro ships gained through experience in stevedoring or shipping and an understanding of local and international developments within the shipping industry.
Other essential skills include a sound appreciation of and positive attitude towards,
Customer's needs', quality requirements and logistical solutions.
These attributes need to be linked with excellent communication, systems and administrative skills.
