Job title.1: Member of Technical Staff: researcher on MIMO channel measurement (one person)
Organizational Unit: Agilent Labs, China
Time:  Nov. 2006
Location: Beijing
Overall job description: 
Applicants are expected to carry out the research on how to measure the broadband wireless channels under different scenarios. Applicants need to be able to develop measurement platform to measure the characteristics of broadband wireless MIMO channel and perform theoretical analysis to verify the measurement results. Applicants need to have a strong background on Radar or array signal analysis and parameter extraction. Demonstrated experience in the related area such as radar signal analysis, array signal processing, wireless channel measurement, or antenna array measurement and modeling will be a big plus. Strong overseas collaboration with colleagues in US and Europe is expected for this position.

Essential knowledge and experience:
1.proven in-depth knowledge and experience on wireless channel measurement
2.PhD in wireless communication or Master degree with more than 3 year related working experience

Essential skills:
1.Proven in-depth signal processing skills on radar signal processing and array signal processing
2.Proven in-depth skills on the development of channel measurement platform
3.Proven in-depth skills on channel measurement instruments
4.Proven in-depth skills on channel parameter extraction
5.Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
6.Good team-work spirit

Preferred Skills and knowledge:
1.knowledge on standard wireless channel models
2.Knowledge on state-of-art wireless communication systems and standards
