*Customer Service Intern*

*Position Summary*
Our Beijing office is looking for 1 intern who are available before
15th, Dec 2006 to work full time at least 6 months. The duties and
responsibilities are:
- To call back to customer every day who have called Red Hat Hotline for
support ,make a survey of support quality
- To Call customers whose subscription expired and help them renew
redhat subscription
- To Send survey letter every month to collect and analyze the customer
satisfaction report
- To help customer activate their subscriptions
- To answer customer service questions

*Requirements*
* Good knowledge on Linux and OpenSource culture
* Native Chinese who can speak fluent English
* Good telephone skills and customer skills
* Be Active and positive in communication
