Reporting to:General Manager – Managed Payroll Services, Asia Pacific

Position Overview
-The Payroll Services Liaison is one of a larger team, located at the China (Shanghai) office, with direct responsibility of providing liaison services supporting specific payroll administration and query handling in both English and Mandarin, for clients in throughout the Asia Pacific region using the GlobalView Solution.
Responsibilities in accordance with the Service Level Agreement
-Operational management of the Managed Payroll Services Function
-Mulgrave site (SpectrumPlus and Asia Pacific)
-To assist the General Manager in the overall Management of the site to ensure the achievement of the business plan.
-Management of payroll processing operational activities to achieve target key performance indicators
-Management of team members to ensure Client Service Standards are achieved and exceeded
-Resource planning across MPS payroll and MPS implementation functions
-Meet with new clients/potential clients on MPS Services
-Implementation of MPS Project Plans
-Build client relationships through regular Operations Meetings and Client workshops
-Provide feedback to clients in relation to investigation/rectification/timeframes of issues
-Escalation point of second level client issues by MPS team and client
-Mentor and supervision of team leaders to develop leadership skills and other skills required in a leadership position
-Mentoring and Coaching team leaders in MPS standard processes and procedures
-Identify and mentor future associates with leadership potential
-Coaching of clients in details on Payroll Service Manual Provisions
-Co-Ordinate relevant training and knowledge sharing opportunities for members of the team/team leaders/clients.
-Administer MPS compliance to client Business Rules
-Administer MPS compliance to client PSM standards
-To work with other department Managers in the achievement of our World Class Service and Employer of Choice initiatives
