In July 2005, it became a joint venture company with Beijing Shourong Forwarding Service Company Ltd. , which is affiliated with Capital Steel - one of the largest steel manufacturers in China and it is now the sole shipping agent for all of Capital Steel’s bulk iron ore carriers Sino-Global Shipping Agency Ltd now has established its branches in Qingdao, Qinhuangdao, Tianjin, Ningbo, Fangcheng and New York City in America. It handles over 200 vessels annually with wide-array of cargoes which include all kinds of ore, crude oil, oil products, raw materials, grain, vehicle, steel products and kinds of equipments.
