职位描述: 岗位职责:
1、依据公司销售目标及策略,负责客户的基础开发及管理,与团队一起完成公司的销售指标;
2、持续不断地寻找和定期拜访潜在客户,开发并建立良好信任关系,介绍公司的服务产品,传递公司的服务价值;
3、开发和提升客户的需求、根据客户的需求,建议并介绍ARAMARK公司专业的项目服务解决方案;
4、与区域的测量、运作、人力资源等部门积极密切合作,给出专业的服务计划书或投标报价方案;
任职资格:
1、大学专科以上学历,市场营销/工程类相关专业优先。
2、2年以上工作经验。有销售经验者优先,有酒店、物业管理、医疗或工商业方面经验者优先。(优秀应届毕业生也可)
3、有一定英语听,说,读,写能力
4、勤奋、刻苦并有饱满的工作热情。
5、具有良好的沟通协调能力和说服力。
6、熟练掌握计算机应用软件:Word/Excel/PowerPoint;
7、具有敬业精神,有强烈的进取心和竞争意识,能积极面对工作挑战。
8、有良好的职业素质、合作意识和团队精神。
Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for basic customer development and management in accordance with sales targets and strategies, achieve goals with sales team;
2.Search and call on potential customers regularly, build up and maintain good relationship with them, introduce cooperation service product and deliver cooperation service value.
3.Develop and promote clients’ requirements, make suggestions and introductions of ARAMARK professional settlement project of facility service to customers ;
4.Cooperate with regional survey, operation and HR, to make professional service plan or bidding scheme for customers.
Qualifications:
1.A diploma or degree in a related discipline from an accredited University or college, major in marketing/engineering is preferable.
2.At least 2 years of work experience. Sales experience in restaurant , logistic management ,healthcare or business & industry is preferred。(Excellent graduate is considerable)
3.Good English skills, spoken and written;
4.Hardworking and industrious, have a powerful passion to work ;
5.Good communication and persuasion skill;
6.Must be proficient with computers, knowledgeable of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
7.Outgoing nature, strong self-confidence, Willing to work under pressure; Mature and responsible
8.Good occupational attainments, cooperation skills and teamwork spirit.
