职位描述：
Key Responsibility:
1.Develop a valid production schedule to support customer service and ensure finished goods (FG) availability within policy.
2.Deploy plant resources to meet production requirements while maximizing plant efficiency.
3.Develop Short Term Delivery Schedule for supplier and PO status tracking to support Master Production Schedule.
4.Generate and firm-up Weekly MPS/ DPSand sequencing within Planning Time Fence.
5.Coordinate Production Control.
6.Planning Master Data maintenance and audit.
7.Generate Production/Material Planning for whole planning horizon and maintain ProcOrd/PO.
8.Monitor and update Rough-cut Capacity Planning for both in-house and suppliers.
9.Lead PS review meeting.
10.Leading Phase In/Phase Out regular update.
11.Work with the PS planning and MDO planning to ensure Brand initiatives and Promotions are delivered smoothly.
12.Performance report maintenance.
Qualifications Needed:
1.Strong ownership & leadership.
2.Systematic problem solving skills.
3.Good collaboration & communication skills.
4.Able to present issue/ideas/recommendations with clear logic to group.
5.Strong follow-up.
6.Planning or Warehouse related basic knowledge (e.g: cycle count) is preferred.
7.PC Skills (SAP, Advance Excel, Word, Note).
8.Sound English Skill that be able to communicate with oversea suppliers with good manner.
