Job Responsibilities:
1)Initiates and completes technical activities leading to improved manufacturing
2)Process and equipment which have significant impact potential
3)Identifies, recommends, initiates, and implements programs in focused factory to improve and/or enhance: (1) product cost, service& quality, (2) process safety and health/environmental impact, and (3) equipment performance/reliability
4)Provides supervision, training and technical direction to technicians/operators for performance of production tasks to achieve goals in productivity, yield, cost and manufacturing cycle time
5)Identifies and implements a comprehensive education plan to continually advance technical skills and personal development as well as enhancing organizational effectiveness
6)Provides appropriate and timely documentation of work as required by the business unit
Qualifications:
1)Master degree majored in Electrical Automation, Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering disciplines
2)Experienced in electrical control system design, configuration, programming, debugging, equipment commissioning, troubleshooting and repairing. Strong knowledge in computer control technology, PLC control system, control instrumentation and various AC and DC digital driving technologies such as VFD and servo drive based driving systems
3)Knowledgeable in "Lean"/ "TPS"
4)Knowledgeable in SPC
5)Good command of written and spoken English
6)Skilled in AutoCAD, PROE and office application software
7)Strong analytic and problem solving ability
8)Strong learning ability
9)Dedicated and hard working
