职位描述：
Objective / Purpose of the Job:
CIT is an IT solution to facilitate TNT express business service delivery. This solution is applied by TNT clients to make their shipping more easy and efficient. The CIT Executive shall become responsible for CIT product implementation, including system installation, configuration and testing, customer requirement gathering, data-conversion, interface support / development, IT trouble shooting and reporting. During Go-Live and thereafter, user support from IT perspective becomes essential.
Key Activities / Accountabilities:-
CIT Product Implementation
Responsible for managing technical specification, system installation and configuration (Including application and database), system testing, reporting, and data migration. Technical support for operation
To provide product support to the end users, including handling user queries, troubleshooting, and resolving the issues.
To ensure smooth system maintenance like backup/restore, performance monitoring and tuning
To performance user requirement (for example for special reports) gathering, gap analysis, and working with corporate IT development team on system interfacing with various business applications or system design & development for existing system enhancement.
