Analysis and comments
-Contract compliance analysis
-Cost analysis
-Comparative analysis (budget / forecast / actual / last year) and comments
Preparing and reviewing budget and forecast
-Collect financial information for preparing forecast and budget
-Reviewing and validating budget and forecast prepared by AM / OM
Site working capital
-Overdue collection follow up according to Aging report provided by
Accountant
-Inventory balance control
-Ensure cash collection and depositing to bank according to company
policy
Project Analysis& Site Inspection
-Required by the operation or the management
Ensure that the Financial Reporting System is sound and updated regularly
-SRS System implementation
Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of Internal Management Reports
