职位描述:
1.Evaluate and understand the risk associated with individual transactions, products and borrowers. Work with sales team to help in the analysis of credit.
2.To prepare financial analysis of SME Banking customers in order to evaluate the security and suggestion for additional security.
3.Visit/ meet customers when required in order to achieve a clear understanding of credit risks, if need be. RM is still the ultimate owner & accountability of KYC.
4.Ensure that the risk reward earned from the SME portfolio or parts of the portfolio is commensurate with the risk being taken.
5.Ensure that the approval procedures, standards of credit are maintained and conform to controls/ procedures established by in-country Head of Credit for the unit.
6.To do the first health check of new customers after 3 months from draw down before it is consider as BAU customer
7.Assist Sales force to monitor credit quality by highlighting early warning signs of credit deterioration of new cases in the first 6 months through EAR process.
8.Provide high level of service to the internal and external customer base based on accuracy, responsiveness and turnaround times.
9.Manage the portfolio's credit quality by ensuring early rectification of securing deficiencies highlighted by CB Credit Operations/ CRC
10.To assist the management of the relationship between customers, the support function and product partners as well as credit unit and special assets management jointly with the BFM/BFO.
11.Must comply with all compliance requirements with high attention on a) alertness to MLP procedures and take the lead at all times to be alert to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity. Job holder must report any suspicious transaction to respectively Unit MLPO via LINE MANAGER (reporting manager) or directly to the Country MLPO b) observant of reputation risk c) strict prohibited from mis-selling activities
