泛和物流株式会社成立于2004年6月，由山东国际海运公司、日本丰洋商事株式会社、大连四环物流有限公司共同投资，在日本神户注册的综合性物流企业，主要经营海上运输、租船、订舱、货运代理、仓储及船舶修理，备件供应等业务。 我司在集装箱领域，具有一大批专门的人才，从事集装箱的装箱，定舱，报关，拆箱，和以及陆上运输（YARD TO DOOR）和其他相关业务。
我司的集装箱经营范围遍及全球，代理网络国内有丹东，大连，营口（跋鱼圈），天津，青岛，上海，宁波，厦门，汕头，广州，深圳。国外国家和地区有日本，韩国，朝鲜，中国台湾，中国香港，越南，新加坡，印度，斯里兰卡，印度尼西亚，美国，加拿大，比利时，英国，德国等国家和地区。

公司现期租3000吨级船舶2艘，6000吨级船舶一艘，并与新加坡IMC Shipping，香港北方海运，Cosco Bulk等国际上大的船东建立了良好的关系，主要经营中国、日本、韩国、俄罗斯及东南亚之间主要港口不定期班轮服务。同时经营巴西、澳洲、印度的矿砂租船业务。
