职位描述： Senior Financial Accounting Manager US Listed Global Business Based in Shanghai Up to 30K RMB gross per month (depending on experience) Responsibilities: ? Reporting directly into Financial Controller, China. ? Responsible for the running of the Financial Management & Reporting Department, including 2 Junior Managers. ? Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting of China entities in accordance with China GAAP. ? Responsible for the accounting with respect to local China regulatory reporting. ? Responsible for multi-currency consolidations of multiple subsidiaries including reconciliations of GAAP conversions from China GAAP to US GAAP. ? Responsible for review of underlying entity financial statement information including acquisition, disposition, debt and ongoing operational activity. ? Review and maintain a system of internal accounting controls to ensure integrity of reports. ? Work with Capital Markets and Cash Management to understand and accurately account for foreign currency transactions, translations, hedging, etc. ? Ensure compliance to Sarbanes Oxley ? 404 internal controls requirements. ? Work with in-house Tax Director and external accounting firms to ensure timely and accurate filings of local country tax filing requirements and transfer pricing compliance. ? Assist internal and external auditors with preparation of audit files and other supporting documentation. Requirements: ? CPA or equivalent. ? Previous experience working in Big 4 professional services firm preferred. ? Experience working with a multi-national company. ? Experience working on consolidations. ? Experience working in an ERP computer systems environment. ? Strong knowledge of China GAAP. ? Good knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS. ? Fluent in both Mandarin and English. Like to know more?
