Responsibilities:
Main Responsible for Sales Tool Support to our Sales Teams
Our Sales Tools are based on PC applications such as MS Office, Lotus Notes
Handle Support Requests from Sales Teams and provide satisfactory solutions
Proactive to increase usage of the various sales tools
Ensure that all sales people have the correct and working version of all the sales tools
Work close together with local IT department and global Sales Tools Coordinator to ensure a high quality operations of the sales tools
Requirements:
Bachelor or above degree;
Fluent in written and oral English;
Excellent Computer User Skills
Advanced users of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL
Strong sense of responsibility;
Experience from IT support or customer technical service in computer science is preferred;
Creative and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as in team;
Attentive to details
Organized and disciplined.
