Williams ConEx is a division of Williams (HK) Ltd, concentrating in the conven
tion and exhibition services from Hong Kong to Greater China. Williams ConEx h
as earned itself the reputation being a reliable and successful event services
 provider in the industry of convention and exhibition.
To cope with our business expansion in various dimensions, we are currently lo
oking for interns with suitable caliber to fill the following position.
Responsibilities:
1． Support the Marketing Department on a variety of office projects;
2． Support and coordinate sales & marketing activities in relevant markets 
3． Provide sales administrative support to the whole sales team
4． Conducting and analyzing research;
5． Participating in proposal and pitch development for new and existing clien
t projects;
Requirements:
1． Good (reading, writing and speaking) in Chinese & English, Cantonese is a 
plus;
2． Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3． Organized, focused and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
4． Interested in learning event and project management skills;
5． Available to work 3-4 days a week; Senior undergraduates are preferred
