Now Hillsdale Shanghai is recruiting below position:
Office administrator and Secretary
Core responsibilities：
- Be responsible for daily administrative support, incl. schedule planning, office planning, filing, office equipment maintenance, and supply, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment in Shanghai office
- Be responsible for handling all the hotel reservation and travel arrangement for Shanghai staff and oversea visitors.
- Provide professional and reliable secretarial support, such as meeting minutes , answering phones, messages, fax, etc.
- Liaison with relevant authorities and business partners
Experience, background and qualification required:
-Bachelor degree, majors in English, or business administration preferred
-At least 1 year Assistant experience in the multinational companies, and relevant experience in the foreign representative office
- Good business acumen, and proficiency in administration and coordination
- Ability and willingness to cope with heavy workload
- Good at speaking and writing English
- Proactive, self-motivated, open and willing to learn
- Very familiar with common MS Office(word, excel, power point) and Out Look
- Native of Shanghai is preferred.
