职位描述: Job Description:
1.Providing administrative support such as: foreign and domestic travel arrangements including ticket booking and hotel reservation for project team members and cooperate visitors; answering and referring phone calls, receiving guests and visitors, help on invitation letter issuing for visitors, ordering business cards, etc.
2.Coordinate project team pool drivers and tracking their expenses claims and working times.
3.Use computer skills to help in the preparation of correspondence, reports, tabulations and presentations for meetings.
4.Meeting and conference rooms schedule maintenance.
5.Document translation and be interpreter when needed
6.Assist with miscellaneous expatriate needs such as medical, transportation, apartment, bill payment, emergency assistance on off hours (mostly by phone), visa, work permits, alien registration, etc.
Job Requirements:
1.Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
2.Proficiency in Office Microsoft toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, (Project – desired, but not required)
3.Strong communication skills
4.Strong problem solving skills
5.Team player with good interpersonal communication skill
