Purchasing Coordinator - Technical Procurement
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Registers incoming purchase requisitions in PR/PO tracking log. Daily update of PR/PO tracking log
2. Clarification of unclear PR (e.g. in regard of financial data and misc. data)
3. a) Responsible for setting up purchase orders in ERP-System and for following up purchase orders (e.g. delivery date, payment request)
b) Responsible for setting up and updating framecontracts in ERP-System
4. Responsible for informing enduser about PO-status (standard-email after releasing the PO)
5. Responsible for maintenance of supplier master data in SAP (contact S-FS for setting up)
6. Responsible for documentation/achiving of PO/contracts in consistent manner (in cooperation with Managers)
7. Monthly and quarterly report on purchasing data
8. Organize internal meetings

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree in field of in Business Administration
• Working experience in purchasing is a plus
• Good command of written and oral English
• SAP purchasing user knowledge is a plus
• Microsoft Office Package

• Good knowledge about procurement process
• Able to work effectively with internal interfaces and ERP
