1、Part Time Position for Simulation Engine Interface
要求熟悉常用电路仿真引擎（如SPICE3），SPICE网表，模型库与引擎的借口，有C/C++编程能力。熟悉HSPICE，Spectre，ADS。熟悉Verilog A和Simkit优先。
2、Part Time Position for SOI and TFT SPICE Model Research
要求半导体或微电子专业的研究生或博士生，熟悉SOI/TFT器件物理和器件模型，研究方向为SOI/TFT模型提取流程的定义和实现。

1、A US based EDA company is offering a part time position, the qualified candidates must be familiar with popular SPICE engines; have knowledge of generating SPICE netlist (HSPICE, Spectre and ADS) and running simulations; Strong programming capability in C/C++. Knowledge of Verilog A and Simkit is a plus.
2、A US based EDA company is offering a part time position, the qualified candidates must be familiar with SOI or TFT device physics, his/her research interests should be SOI/TFT SPICE model extraction methodology; have knowledge of circuit simulations; Knowledge of commercial SPICE models for SOI/TFT is a plus.
