Compiler Engineer Description:

Freescale is currently expanding its compiler team in Beijing and looking for enthusiastic self-starter compiler engineer to work on embedded compiler. More specifically, the working area includes performance analysis and enhancement of compiler generated code, advanced automatic code generation, register allocation, instruction scheduling, merging of multidisciplinary advanced compiling techniques, and maintaining existing compiler code base. This is a tremendous opportunity to work alongside with some of the brightest, most experienced minds in the arena of embedded high-performance computing.

Qualifications:
o Ph.D. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
o Prefer strong background in compilers
o Strong C/C++ programming skills
o Excellent communication skills, written and oral
o Ability to work well in a diverse team environment
o Self-starting or ability to take initiative
o quick learning and fast problem solving skill
