职位描述：
1. Install, maintain and troubleshoot Apple Macintosh computers, PCs, printers and related equipment including system upgrades, and problem resolution relating to desktop software.
2. Install, maintain, and support desktop software applications, and peripheral components.
3. Troubleshoot all printer problems.
4. Configure desktops for operation with TCP/IP protocols in a wireless environment.
5. Provide technical assistance to the end users on the use of equipment and software.
6. Support Server Administrator on hardware and software installations and upgrades.
7. Coordinate and process incoming IT requests via phone, email, and in-person.
