Internship Position: HR Controlling Analyst Intern

Responsibilities:
* Understand Bayer HR controlling tasks and assist dept to set some report for
mat and check system
* Review existing controlling method and improve them according to management 
requirement


Requirements:
* Master in grade 2, major in statistics/economics or related
* Excellent computer skills
* Excellent English language skill in both written and spoken
* Good at analysis and data process
* Related internship experience preferable

Duration: 12 months, at least 3 days per week

Location: Citigroup Tower, Shanghai
