Systems Design Engineer 
Located: Shanghai

Duties:
1. Integrates, operates, characterizes, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots 
highly complex technical equipment. 

2. Provide engineering support for escalated manufacturing and field issues. 


Required:
MS or PhD in electrical engineering or microelectronics
 1.  Experience in design and trouble-shooting of electrical or optical instru
ment.  
 2.  Hands-on person familiar with lab tools such as digital function generato
rs, data acquisition system, oscilloscopes,  lock-in amplifies, and XY motion 
system. 
 3.  Knowledge of semiconductor device and physics 
 4.  Experienced programming skills (C-programming, labview etc.)
 5 . 30% of time traveling outside of China 
 6.  Excellent English skills. 
 7.  Self-motivated and self-directed.

Mechanical Engineer

Located: Shanghai

Duties:
1.	Generate documentation (BOM, ECO, assembly drawings) required to release th
e design to manufacturing. 

2.	Assemble engineering prototypes of semiconductor-testing tools and subsyste
m.   


3.	Participate in designing opto-mechanical components and sheet-metal.


Required:
1.     BS degree or higher in mechanical engineering

2.     One-year experience in document release to manufacturing

3.   One-year experience in mechanical design using 3Dsolid modeling tools(Pro
/e).

4.	Great oral and written skills in English; self-motivated and self-directed.

Electronic Design Engineer 

Located: Shanghai

  Duties:
    1.  Low noise analog circuit design
    2.  Motion Control Systems design
    3.  Prepare documentation such as schematic diagrams, test procedures, the
ory of      operation, purchased part lists, instruction manuals and related i
nformation. 
    4.  Maintain current knowledge regarding new developments and trends in ap
plicable engineering field. 
 
   Required: 
1.	MS/Ph.D in Electrical Engineering preferred
2.	Knowledge and application of electrical engineering principles, practices a
nd techniques.
3.	Hands-on experience in using Complex Programmable Logic Arrays and Microcon
trollers will be a plus
4.	 Strong hands-on electronic design and troubleshooting skill
5.	 Familiarity with OrCAD Schematic Capture and Layout design tool
6.	Solid C/C++ and ASSEMBLER programming skill
7.	Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

New Product Introduction Engineer 

Located: Shanghai

Duties:

1.	Make strategic and tactical Product Support Plan for post-sale product supp
ort including customer service, technical support, FE and customer training, p
arts and publications during the planning phase, and continuously optimize the
 plan in later phases 
2.	Involve in design and review activities to gate product serviceability duri
ng product implementation phase, integrate Design for Serviceability process

3.	Lead Service Test during product testing phases (Alpha & Beta)

4.	Work with Technical Publications group and Engineering group.

5.	Provide pre- and post-sales support, including product demo, support of bet
a and pilot sites, and customer and field engineer training

Required:

1	Bachelor/ Master holder (Elec Eng, Mech Eng, Material Eng,) or equivalent. 


2	Possess good knowledge on Product Life Cycle and experience of developing ne
w product

3	Good communication skill and cross-functional coordination ability

4	Excellent English skills in both oral and writing

Software Engineer

Located: Shanghai

Duties:
1. Design, develop, operate, maintain, and document software and firmware comp
onents and computing systems software to be applied to engineering, scientific
, and manufacturing requirements 

2. Apply and use the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools t
hroughout the software system development life cycle to support the generation
 of such engineering applications and environments as laboratory systems, mech
anical and electrical systems, and other systems and applications of this natu
re.

Required:
1 . MS on software preferred
