1.Compile and improve the machining process
2.Setup and improve man hour,machine hour,improve the working efficiency
3.Resolve the problems of quality during manufacture
4.Establish and implement scheme of production cost down
5.Finish other works assigned by the manager

Detail requirement
1.College degree or above ,major in mechanical engineering
2.Familiar with turning,milling,grinding,heat treatment and coating skills is plus
3.Good skills of English speaking and writing
4.Better with the experience of corrugating roll manufacture
