职位描述: Position: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
Execution of the day-to-day Business Group HR operations of Shenzhen site.
Provide counsel and assistance to employees and managers on interpretation and compliance to company's employee relations policy, HR guidelines, performance management, compensation and benefits policy, and labor law legislation.
Use appropriate HR tools and resources such as “Ask ES” to respond to customer requests or events as they occur.
Develop solutions to problems utilizing organization assessments, manager feedback tools and good judgment.
Qualifications:
Master degree holder in MBA or HR related major.
Ability to appropriately influence key stakeholders.
Ability to build and leverage relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to make effective presentations.
Customer focused.
Ability to take action, solve problems, use judgment in complex situations.
Project management and consultancy skills.
