BRIEF JOB PROFILE
Job Title: Researcher
Reporting to: Head of China Micro Economic Research
Location: Beijing
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work quickly and independently to source, confirm, analyse and write up industry and economic sector reports;
- Contribute ideas and imagination to the development of a fast growing project;
- Write surveys and questionnaires;
- Conduct qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve field, interview or focus group assessment;
- Use statistical software to manage and organize information;
- Liaise with colleagues to discuss the progress of research projects;
- Analyse and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts;
- Use written and oral reports, graphs, charts and diagrams to present findings to clients;
- Generate insight and recommendations from research results;
- Ability to quickly produce short, accurate and too the point reports under pressure.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree or above
- Industry experience in logistics or financial banking is preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and beyond normal working hours
- Good problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- English proficiency
- Computer literacy
- High sense of responsibility and good communication skills
- Good teamwork and cooperation spirit
