职位描述：
Assistant to vice president (technology)
Responsibilities:
- provide secretarial and administrative support to vice president (technology & innovation)
- arrange meetings, conferences, organize overall business and travelling schedules
- follow up & initiate on meetings and business assignments with the internal functional departments and external parties by email, phone, memo, etc.
- handle sensitive information, reports and documents in a confidential manner
- take tasks/projects related to technologies in chemical industry
Requirements:
- university degree in a recognized university, master degree preferable, major in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, or biotechnology
- having relevant experience in a multinational company is a plus
- experienced in administration management
- fluent in both english & mandarin
- computer literate, especially have knowledge of powerpoint
