职位描述：
Responsibility:
-Maintain operational responsibility for the regional ITS machine room facilities, Shanghai FMC, IDC and Times Square. Maintain these facilities to Alcatel quality standards.
-A majority of the daily job will be resolving network/system service tickets along with troubleshooting performance issues, maintaining and monitoring network equipment.
-24x7 on-call support is required one week out of five.
-Migration to new releases of Application, OS , AD.
-Maintain service web site to improve the customer experience.
-Provide support and problem resolution; collaborate with other teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.
-To liaise and work closely with local IT team to enhance efficient communication.
-Implementing security controls in OS level as well as in database level.
-Writing up of System Specification, Proposal and User Documentation. Create and maintain technical documentation.
-Prepare documentation for OS and database environment setup and administration.
Requirements:
-Experience with Cisco based networks, including: Cisco L3/L2 switches & routers.
-Practical experience on networking VPN.
-Familiar with OSPF routing in high-capacity environment.
-In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, packet capture and analysis.
-Excellent Skill on MS Win2003 Active Directory forest, GPO, Exchange Server, SMS, DNS.
-Be familiar with Lotus Notes/Exchange workflow and e-mail.
-Knowledge on Red hat Linux Operation specializes in squid, DNS setup, mail server & mail relay.
-Be familiar with asp, js, php web development.
-Be familiar with project management methodology, planning, execution, and issue follow up.
-Professional Training Required:
Knowledge in UNIX, MySql/SQL, Lotus Note, Exchange, Windows OS
-Proficiency of spoken/written English.
