Dillon Read Solutions (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.  is a subsidiary of UBS in Shanghai,
 China.  We have four to five positions available to 2007 graduates.  These po
sitions are described in detail in the attached "Position Description.doc". 

The main focus of this UBS subsidiary is to conduct quantitative research on d
eveloped markets to aid the trading decisions as well as risk management decis
ions for our global clients. We are especially interested in those graduates w
ho major in one of these areas: probability and stochastic processes, numerica
l analysis and scientific computing, artificial intelligence, data mining and 
advanced software engineering. Most of the positions target Ph.D level student
s who have spent at least a couple of years in conducting in-depth research in
 one of the subject areas mentioned above, though we are open to consider thos
e high potential candiates who are at Master or even Bachelor level.
